AuditoRium4
Our conference space AuditoRium4 is a brand new event venue that includes 7 multi-purpose rooms, including a spacious auditorium for plenary lectures with an adjacent meeting space and several break-out rooms for workshops. All spaces can be used separately or in combination. Aula4 (AuditoRium4) is equipped with the most advanced audiovisual facilities: giga-screen (6 x 10 m), wireless internet, powerful sound system and theater spotlights. In short, everything is in place for a state-of-the-art happening. The modern infrastructure adapts effortlessly to the needs of your event, fair or congress.
Communicatieloft
Our event venue Communicatieloft offers several seminar rooms, each tailored to your event, seminar or meeting needs. The loft includes a large multimedia presentation area, a relaxing lounge and a meeting room with panoramic terraces and its own entrance. You will find everything under 1 roof.
The light-rich rooms are equipped with ergonomic furniture and state-of-the-art multimedia facilities.
MeetingCenteR4
Our event location MeetingCenteR4 offers you different meeting rooms, each tailored to your meeting, brainstorming or training. MeetingCenteR4 is an economical formula that fully meets your needs and wishes. The venue consists of: PeRspectief4 with Lounge as break-out room; Resteau4 and BoRdeau4 with break-out room CointReau4; ARisteau4 with an adjacent break-out room FigaReau4; BaRbeau4 and CaReau4 are 2 meeting rooms that can also serve as a private restaurant.
The different rooms can also be combined for break-out sessions. Groups of up to 30 people can meet there in a light-filled room with modern infrastructure and soothing views.
